PROJECT MANAGER
- Plan, coordinate, and manage event projects from initial inquiry through execution and post-event completion.
- Liaise with clients to understand project objectives, technical requirements, budgets, and timelines, ensuring expectations are clearly defined and achieved.
- Develop detailed project plans, work schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including audio, lighting, video, staging, design, logistics, and technical teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
TECHNICAL CREW
- Assist in the setup, operation, and dismantling of audio, lighting, LED screens, video, staging, rigging, and other technical equipment for live events and productions.
- Perform loading, unloading, and proper handling of technical equipment to ensure safe and efficient event operations.
- Conduct equipment testing, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance before, during, and after events.
- Ensure all technical equipment is installed and operated according to project requirements, technical drawings, and safety standards.
- Support rehearsals, live shows, corporate events, exhibitions, concerts, and other productions by providing on-site technical assistance.
LIGHTING TECHNICIAN
- Install, operate, and dismantle professional lighting equipment for concerts, corporate events, exhibitions, festivals, and live productions.
- Set up lighting fixtures, trusses, dimmers, power distribution systems, and control consoles according to technical drawings and lighting plots.
- Program and operate lighting consoles to deliver lighting cues and effects during rehearsals and live events.
- Conduct pre-event testing, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance to ensure all lighting equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.
VIDEO TECHNICIAN
- Install, configure, operate, and dismantle video equipment, including LED screens, projectors, video processors, media servers, switchers, cameras, monitors, and display systems for live events.
- Set up and test video signal distribution systems, ensuring all equipment functions properly before rehearsals and event operations.
- Operate video playback systems, live camera switching, presentation software, and media content during live events, concerts, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate functions.
- Configure video processors, screen resolutions, image scaling, and display settings to achieve optimal visual performance.
- Troubleshoot video equipment, signal transmission, and display issues promptly to minimize disruptions during rehearsals and live productions.
CREATIVE DESIGNER
- Prepare detailed 2D layouts and technical floor plans for event spaces, stages, and equipment placement, while developing realistic 3D visualizations and design concepts to illustrate stage setups, lighting, audio-visual systems, and overall event environments.
- Ensure all designs are functional, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with client requirements, venue specifications, safety regulations, and production feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, production teams, and clients to refine concepts and deliver accurate design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
INTERNSHIP
- Assist the production team in the setup, operation, and dismantling of audio, lighting, LED screens, staging, and other event equipment.
- Support the loading, unloading, transportation, and proper handling of production equipment to and from event venues.
- Assist senior technicians during rehearsals, live events, and productions to ensure smooth event execution.
- Perform basic equipment checks, cable management, and equipment maintenance under supervision.
- Follow technical instructions and standard operating procedures while ensuring compliance with workplace safety practices.
